Pico de gallo (also known as salsa fresca) is a wonderfully fresh and flavorful combination of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice. With just a few ingredients and 10 minutes, this easy pico de gallo recipe can seriously upgrade your next Taco Tuesday

If you like it hot, you can upgrade this pico de gallo recipe with extra jalepeño, or if cilantro isn’t your jam, simply omit it. Do whatever tickles your pico pickle, and get ready to party like the fiesta dancer emoji.

    Dice tomatoes and onions into small, even pieces and place in a bowl.

    Finely chop cilantro and jalapeños and add to bowl. For less heat, remove seeds from jalapeños before chopping.

    Add juice of 1 lime and salt to bowl and mix ingredients well. Add more salt, cilantro, and/or jalapeños to taste.
