These Tie-Dye Cheesecake Bites Are Out of This World

Tie-Dye Cheesecake Bites

  • Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients
  • 30 vanilla cream-filled cookies
  • 3-8 ounce package of cream cheese , softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 6 food colorings ( use gel colors so it doesn't make the batter runny )

Step 1

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and press it into a 9x13" baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Step 2

Divide remaining batter evenly into six bowls. Color the batter with food coloring and spoon the colored batters in random patterns on the plain batter. Bake at 325°F for 40-45 minutes.

Step 3

Let it cool for two hours on the counter than refrigerate for at least four hours before cutting. Most importantly, enjoy!
