These Chai Tea Truffles Are Everything You Need in Life
Chai tea is one of my favorite drinks...ever. Nearly every school night—which, who am I kidding, every night is a school night when you go to my school—I make a nice, warm mug of chai. I always use a recipe adapted from what my mom taught me when I was younger.
Of course, there are countless other rockin' recipes out there, but mine will always be my favorite. But in the end, cafés in NYC do it best, since they're dedicated to the art of chai.
My absolute love for chai tea led me to grow a little curious. I spent a generous portion of my Saturday morning thinking, What else could I make with the most iconically-unique beverage I know of? Then I had the idea which will probably rock my entire future: chai tea truffles.
Let me be honest with you, this recipe actually did end up rocking my world. It would be a bit dishonest to say I ended up eating less than three of these bad boys. Read on if you want to embark on—or enhance, if you're like me—your journey of chai tea lovin'.
