8 Unexpected Ways to Incorporate Chai Into Your Favorite Sweets

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UTM chapter.

Chai: an Indian tea consisting of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Also known as the most delicious combination of spices you’ll ever experience. Chai as the Western world knows it is often in tea or latte form and is a warm, spicy, and sweet drink that I, personally, can’t get enough of.

But while chai lattes are delicious, there are so many other recipes that are improved by chai.
