The Ultimate Scrambled Eggs Recipe to Make You Feel Like a Culinary Wizard

As a college student and amateur chef, I have to admit I only really have a few recipes up my sleeve, and simple ones at that. I can make spaghetti and meatballs, grill a chicken breast, make pancakes, and what I thought were good scrambled eggs. Even claiming I can make these doesn't mean they are necessarily good :/ I often leave the kitchen feeling somewhat like an "idiot sandwich." But after learning this recipe, I know I could take anyone on with these in a scrambled eggs cook-off.

Recently I was lying in bed checking Facebook and saw a video of Gordon Ramsay teaching the contestants of "Master Chef" how to perfect scrambled eggs. The recipe seemed simple and contained ingredients that everyone would own, so I decided to try it.  I changed one ingredient from Crème fraîche to Sour Cream because Sour Cream is more accessible and an almost identical substitute. Scrambled Eggs are my favorite breakfast food and this recipe has taken them to a whole other level.
