I'm a faithful lover of pizza. Pizza pies, pizza pockets, pizza rolls, you name it. With the epidemic of gluten and other food allergies arising, people are becoming very creative with their pizza designs. From cauliflower to quinoa, gluten-intolerant pizza lovers are making pizza possible for everyone.

Now, I know how it sounds—how can you make a sinful food healthy and still have it taste good? Well, you have to trust me on this one because this quinoa crust pizza is a close competitor to my friend Papa John, but you be the judge.
