This Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Will Satisfy Your Cravings

Healthy pizza? Sounds like a myth, I know. But this is no fantasy. This healthy pizza can be topped with any toppings from white pizza sauce, tomato sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, or parmesan.

Healthy Cauliflower Pizza

    Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place shredded cauliflower in a bowl, covered with plastic wrap with holes poked out of it. Microwave for 4 minutes, and remove the plastic wrap.

    Drain the cauliflower of any water for several minutes. Place the cauliflower in a bowl, and fluff it.

    Add in basil, oregano, garlic powder, mozzarella and parmesan. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

    Finally, mix in the egg. Remove the mixture out of the bowl, and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Take out of the oven, add any other toppings (pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, basil, etc.) and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
