Make Your Own Lo Mein and Never Suffer Bad Takeout Again
This lo mein recipe is so easy it will make going through a drive-thru seem like work. It's a simple recipe that’s been passed down in my family for generations, and now I pass it on to you.

Ingredients
- 16 ounce spaghetti/ ramen/whatever noodles you prefer
- 1 cup cut cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- Srirachi sauce optional
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and slice the carrots into round pieces. Then wash both.
Step 2
Add minced garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce onto a frying pan with the cut vegetables. Cook at high temperature for 2 minutes.

Step 3
Boil noodles and drain noodles.
Step 4
Add the noodles to the vegetables on the stove and stir for 1 minute on high.
