How to Make Homemade Ben & Jerry's Phish Food Ice Cream
While being in quarantine due to COVID-19, many people are stocking up on the essential food items; eggs, milk, bread, and of course, ice cream. During our last trip to the grocery store, there was almost no ice cream left on the shelves! I decided to take matters into my own hands and figure out how to make homemade Ben and Jerry's Phish Food—with only 7 ingredients that I already had at home!
If you have never had Phish Food, you are truly missing out. It is chocolate ice cream with ribbons of caramel, marshmallow swirls, and even little dark chocolate fish! Try your hand at this super easy homemade ice cream recipe when boredom or your sweet tooth strikes!

The BEST part about Phish Food is the gooey marshmallow swirl (in my opinion). The great thing about this recipe is that it can be completely customized to incorporate as much or as little Fluff, caramel sauce, and chocolate as you want! I think we can all agree in this case, more is better.
Tip: If you do not have a fish-shaped candy mold, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make your own. You can shape the fish free-hand or just use the chocolate chips as is—no rules here!
Stay safe, Spoonies!
