By substituting regular pizza dough for egg roll wrappers, you can get that thin, crunchy pizza crust we all crave. By layering four sheets, the corners can crisp up while the middle stays perfect for layering on classic, or experimental pizza toppings. If you want to think outside of the box, try adding blueberries, feta cheese, caramelized onions and arugula to your egg rolls crust pizza.
