How to Make Ben & Jerry's Americone Dream Ice Cream at Home

Americone Dream is one of the most popular flavors, meaning it's always out of stock when you need it. This copycat Americone Dream recipe is the perfect solution for those empty shelves just in time for the start of spring. 

Copycat Ben & Jerry's Americone Dream Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup corn flakes
• 1/4 cup caramel

• Step 1

  Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Add corn flakes to the bowl and stir until coated. Place on wax paper to harden.

  

• Step 2

  Add cream to a large bowl and whip with a mixer for about 5 minutes, or until thick and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the whipped cream.

  

• Step 3

  Add chocolate-coated corn flakes and caramel to the whipped cream.

  

• Step 4

  Pour ice cream mixture into a container. Freeze for approximately 5 hours, or until hard.
