This includes protein powder I bought intended for a post-workout snack, but then the workouts never happened. It’s super easy and will make you feel like a semi-health god.

Protein Waffles

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4-6 tablespoons water

    Combine the protein powder, flour, and baking soda in a bowl and whisk together.

    Add the egg and mix it into the dry ingredients.

    Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until it has a batter-like consistency.
