  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped raw nuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together butter, brown sugar, oats, nuts, chia seeds and spices. Stir until well combined.

    Spread granola on lined baking sheet and bake at 350 ºF for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
