How To Make Healthy Apple Carrot Juice

Updated Published
This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Cornell chapter.

Refreshing sweet juices are perfect for hot summer days. Making your own juices at home not only lets you control what fruits and vegetables go into your juice but it is much healthier than buying juices from the grocery store that most likely contain added sugar.

Apple carrot juice is one of my favorite juices. Not only is it delicious but it is so easy to make. All you need is a juicer and two ingredients. I personally like to make my apple carrot juice into a snack by munching some carrots and celery while sipping on my refreshing drink. And, of course, feel free to experiment with different ratios of carrots to apples. If you like your juices on the sweeter side, use more apples! And you could always add alcohol (vodka, anyone?) and make a boozy poolside refreshment.
