    Ingredients

  • 1 cup cracker crumble 6 high fiber crackers crushed
  • 1 scoop F-Factor Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 packets splenda
  • 4 fuji apples peeled and cored
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 350°. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

    In a bowl combine cracker crumbs, powder, lemon juice cinnamon, splenda, vanilla extract, and coconut oil

    Chop the apples and place them evenly across the baking dish.
