    First, Preheat the oven to 325°. Then follow the instructions on the box of the cake mix.

    Once the ingredients are mixed together, stir in the chocolate chips. Line the cupcake pan with fun liners and then fill each one up halfway with the mix.

    In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until fluffy.
