This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at PITT chapter.

Add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, olive oil, liquid sweetener*, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.

*#SpoonTip: Try maple syrup, stevia, or sugar free flavored syrups. If you don’t have any of these, use 3/4 teaspoon of sugar and add 1 teaspoon of water to the mix.

  3. Caitlin Shoemaker

Roll the dough mixture into 5-6 mini donuts and place on a microwave-safe plate.

  4. Caitlin Shoemaker

Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can also bake the donuts for 25 minutes at 350ºF (but who has time for that?).
