Matcha green tea is a popular order at Starbucks, and a quick sell at TJ’s. We decided to jump on the bandwagon, but also get creative with this I’m-not-a-baker-but-you-think-I-am type recipe. Be prepared to for this delicious endeavor that only takes 20 minutes to make.

#SpoonTip: For the chocolate manic, after baking these suckers dip them in your choice of melted chocolate and let cool. 

Matcha Coconut Macaroons

    Preheat oven at 350°F. Combine dry ingredients into bowl and mix.

    Pour liquid ingredients and mix.

    Shape into gooey green balls (size of your choice) and place on wax paper.
