Dark Chocolate Avocado Truffles

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Step 1

Scoop out avocado and mash with a fork.

Pour in melted chocolate and mix.

Freeze for 30 minutes, or until solid.

Step 4

Roll avocado-chocolate mixture into balls, and cover in cocoa powder.
