Start Your Day With This 3 Minute Oatmeal Recipe

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UBC chapter.

Ah yes, the dreaded 8am lecture, more often than not, referred to as the part of your day when you drag yourself out of bed just to catch up on some much needed sleep. Which, not to mention, also follows the all too familiar heaps of regret come exam season. But fear not, I hear next semester is comeback season, baby.

As a student who too suffers from chronic regret induced by morning lectures, I’m also an avid believer in improvement. So when comes to the most important meal of the day, it’s crucial that it keeps my stomach content until lunchtime, keeps me energized, and requires minimal time and brain power.

Well ladies and gents, I’m happy to say that I’ve found it. Here’s the quickest, easiest and best decision you’ll ever make: 3 minute oatmeal. Not only does it meet all of my criteria, it’s unfathomably delicious.

If this isn’t self love, I don’t know what is.
