Brooklyn Beckham Is Opening A Restaurant Pop-Up In London

Most notably known as the eldest son of the coolest parents David and Victoria Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham has had a wild “culinary” trajectory (am I the only one who remembers his photography book from 2017?). For the past couple of years, Brooklyn Beckham has posted videos of his cooking that have caused many to roast him — from making a fettuccine alfredo pasta to leaving a wine cork in his sauce to blow-torching a grilled cheese. The self-proclaimed chef has partnered with Uber Eats and is launching a restaurant pop-up in London featuring five dishes.

Remember these notable (and roast-worthy) recipes from Brooklyn Beckham?

As mentioned above, one of Brooklyn Beckham’s most troll-worthy recipes is his grilled cheese.

The toastie features sautéed mushrooms and onions, two types of cheeses, and a blow torch. Sure, the blow torch is concerning but so was the spraying of the avocado oil — but I’m being nit-picky here. “The tap on the knife sent me into orbit,” commented one user on the video, and another wrote, “He wanted to use the blow torch sooooooo bad.” Honestly, I would too if I had one.

Brooklyn Beckham has only two videos on TikTok, his first being a spicy tomato pasta.

I’m not a pasta jar hater. I love my Rao’s, but the comments were coming for him. “Jar of sauce but 🤝 wiping the plate = chef,” commented one user.

However, none of this matters. Beckham is the one with a partnership with Uber Eats for a restaurant pop-up in London.

What is Brooklyn Beckham’s restaurant pop-up?

Uber Eats will be hosting Brooklyn Beckham and showcasing five dishes that will be available to the delivery service’s customers in London on January 25 and 26 between 5 and 10 p.m. with dishes costing £10 or $12.70.

According to Huffington Post UK, among the five dishes are Beckham’s spin on chicken tikka masala, his wagyu bolognese, and his English breakfast sandwich. The last one (which he was also roasted for) was aired on the TODAY show in 2021. The sandwich is comprised of English bacon, sausages, and a fried egg all on plain white toast.
