Digital Dessert Goals Is The Sweetest Virtual Festival Ever

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Hofstra chapter.

I can say with complete certainty that I am a dessert enthusiast. There’s nothing I’d rather indulge in than a sweet treat. I spend countless hours a day scrolling through Instagram looking for the latest new desserts that to try. From brownies and cookies to macaroons and cakes, desserts are my weakness. Since quarantine started, I haven’t had the chance to visit any new dessert spots. If you’re curious to learn about the online food space and satisfy your sweet cravings, then you need to check out Digital Dessert Goals.

Digital Dessert Goals Goes Online

Digital Dessert Goals is a family-friendly event that usually takes place in New York City and Los Angeles. However, due to the nation’s current circumstances, the event has gone virtual for the first time ever.

The festival will take place on July 31 and August 1 and attendees will have the chance to watch virtual panels, participate in baking demos and receive access to virtual vendors for sweet offering and exclusive treats.

If you’re wondering what the panels are going to be like, think along the lines of  “How to Start a Food Business” to “How to Become a Food Influencer.

In order to participate in the interactive baking demonstration hosted by Red Velvet NYC, attendees can pre-order a Coconut Macaroon Making Kit ahead of time.

If you’re looking to find new sweet treats to indulge on this summer, then Digital Dessert Goals is the place to go. The event is set to host vendors from across the nation. Some of the confirmed vendors include Tipsy Scoop, Jessica Siskin of Misterkrisp, Simon Tung of Macaron Parlour, Wenter Shyu of Third Culture Bakery, Pooja Bavishi of Malai Ice Cream, Jeremy Jacobowitz of @BrunchBoys,  Vallery Lomas of @FoodieInNewYork, Jane Ko of @ATasteOfKoko, Lucia Rios of @TwistedForSugar, Melanie Moss of Mini Melanie, Wenter Shyu of Third Culture Bakery and many more!

A ticket to the event provides access to the Digital Dessert Goals marketplace where attendees can purchase exclusive treats available for home delivery at discounted prices.
