I am in the camp of eggnog lovers, in case you couldn’t tell. Eggnog is a superior drink that deserves a shelf-life longer than the holiday season. Unfortunately, I’ll have to settle and take advantage of the delicious drink now. In my own effort to justify stocking the house with gallons of eggnog each year, I’ve looked for more ways to enjoy the drink. Here are just a few recipes that prove eggnog’s versatility.

Cinnamon Eggnog Oatmeal

This is a really simple way to add the eggnog taste to your routine. Spice up your hearty oatmeal with eggnog, cinnamon, bananas, and any other toppings you desire. I know starting my day with a splash of eggnog perks me up.

Eggnog French Toast

Another easy way to add the eggnog flavor to your meal. Get a kick of eggnog in the morning with your fluffy French toast. This is the breakfast of my dreams.

This recipe keeps the preparation simple with the use of a blender. Just mix the flour, eggs, butter, eggnog, milk, and sugar in there and you have the batter ready. These light eggnog crepes can be served with any assortment of toppings you choose.
