Ingredients:
Mini marsmallows
– Dark chocolate bar (Any chocolate bar may be used, but dark chocolate is filled with antioxidants)
– Graham crackers
– Plain vanilla
– Greek yogurt (regular yogurt may be used as well, but greek yogurt typically has more protein).
Directions:
1. Grab a cup or bowl.
2. Using a measuring cup, scoop approximately one cup of mini marshmallow.
3. Open the dark chocolate bar and break off between 3-6 squares depending on how much chocolate you would like and the size of the squares (feel free to cut the squares into smaller pieces).
4. Take out a graham cracker.
5. Measure about a cup of greek yogurt. (I prefer to use single serving pre-made yogurt cups that can be found at your local grocery store).
6. Take about 1 or 2 spoonfuls of yogurt to cover the bottom of the cup or bowl you decide to use.
7. Pour a bit of marshmallows over that layer of yogurt.
8. Add a few pieces of the dark chocolate over the marshmallows.
9. Break off a piece of the graham cracker and sprinkle some on top.
10. Repeat this process until you have used up the ingredients.
11. Stir if you’d like.
