We all know what Halloween means—hella candy. And while I love a good Kit Kat every now and then, if I can satisfy my sweet tooth (and, believe me, I have one), without the fear of consuming an astronomical number of calories, I’m all over it. That’s why I made these ENLIGHTENED Halloween treats—low calorie, high protein and fiber, and full of flavor. Time for some spooky, festive fun.
