With the 4th of July right around the corner, you’re probably starting to make plans for a BBQ. But what about brunch? These red, white and blue brunch dishes and drinks are a great way to celebrate America’s independence and the melting pot of American culture. 

Kick off the week or begin your 4th of July with even just one of these recipes — your friends and family will be excited to be at your table. 

1. Patriotic Pancake Stacks

These pancake stacks are perfect for a 4th of July brunch. They are easy to make and ideal for serving big groups. The fruit toppings keep it light, while the whipped creme holds it all together.

Blueberry muffins are always a crowd pleaser, and these are particularly good due to the streusel topping. You can make them even more patriotic by adding some dried cranberries or cherries to the mix and whipped creme on top.
