Melt together butter, white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and marshmallow fluff.
Add one teaspoon of peppermint extract.
Crush 20 mint Oreos and set aside 1/4 cup of them. Fold the rest into the bowl.
Pour the mixture into a 13x9in tin and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Oreos on top.
Chill for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
