Stop Studying Now and Have The Apple Heaven in a Cup

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UBC chapter.

Do you ever miss sunshine and warm summer days? If your answer is yes, then this apple and lemon tea is the solution to your problems. This sweet and sour tea with the irresistible flavour of Granny Smith apples will make you feel thousands of sun rays rushing through your body.

There is a reason why people say, “An apple a day keeps a doctor away”. Apples are a good source of fibre, which can help reduce the amount of cholesterol in your blood and help to prevent constipation. Additionally, the high Vitamin C content in apples and lemons can promote a healthy immune system, maintain good bone structure, stimulate blood vessel operation, and leave your skin glowing.

This tea is very simple to make and will definitely put a smile on your face as you take the first sip and taste The Apple Heaven.
