    Preheat your oven to 450°F to cook the packaged fries. Fries should take about 15-25 minutes to cook, depending on how crispy you want them.

  2. Dice onions and dill pickles and set them separately aside for a later use.

  3. To make the sauce, mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, dill pickles, vinegar, and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl.

  4. Check on your fries periodically to ensure they do not burn, then get started on the toppings. Using a pan, mix together oil and diced onions over a medium heat. Keep a close eye on your pan and stir occasionally until the onions are caramelized and brown.

    Remove your fries from the oven and plate them. Add cheese directly over the hot fries and put the onions over the first two layers. Finally, top the fries with your sauce and enjoy!
