Easy and Delicious Strawberry Cool Whip Pie

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Sewanee chapter.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, we’re all looking for ways to impress that crush of ours. This simple strawberry Cool Whip pie is an easy way to show your Valentine those cooking skills and blow their mind with this sweet and fruity treat. The most brilliant part of this recipe is that the only real cooking you have to do is boil water. But beware: you can’t eat this masterpiece until after it’s been chilled. So if you’re feeling extra brave on Valentine’s Day and want to bake a pie for your crush, I would say go for it—it’s easy, pink, and delicious.

I spend most my days sleeping, eating, and playing volleyball! I am not the best cook out there, and I am hoping to change that. I absolutely love Memphis, my hometown, and Sewanee of course!
