As a wing connoisseur, I was skeptical about making my own. I was convinced that my local wing place was the only way to my heart, that is until I bought chicken wings from the grocery store, which was enough for eight people and half the price.
Starting off with such a complex flavor was intimidating but now I am ready to say goodbye to the original buffalo and hello to this tangy and zesty ginger honey hot wings recipe.
