Irish cream is a staple cold weather drink. As winter nears, there’s probably ample amounts of Bailey’s to go around. It’s great in cocktails, on ice cream, and of course, in coffee. But sometimes there are only so many cocktails one can handle. Here are two other ways to get the most out of the staple winter liqueur, in food form, so you can incorporate it into your life a little bit more!
Have it for dessert
It’s an easy substitute or addition to many dessert recipes.
Irish Cream Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave. Set it aside until it’s warm, not hot.
Add eggs to the chocolate and whisk till completely combined. Then, whisk in sugar, vanilla, and Bailey’s.
Fold dry flour mixture into the chocolate.
Pour batter into a greased pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside to cool.

Or have it for breakfast
If it looks like breakfast, it’s acceptable to have before 10 am. It’s also acceptable to have after 10 am.
Bailey’s French Toast

Instructions
Beat eggs and whisk in Bailey’s, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Soak bread in egg mixture.
Heat greased pan to medium heat and place soaked bread in pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
