This lo mein recipe is so easy it will make going through a drive-thru seem like work. It’s a simple recipe that’s been passed down in my family for generations, and now I pass it on to you.

  1. Cut the cabbage into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and slice the carrots into round pieces. Then wash both.

    Add minced garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce onto a frying pan with the cut vegetables. Cook at high temperature for 2 minutes.

    #SpoonTip: To add some protein add your favorite meats (chicken, ground beef, steak), tofu, or eggs in this step.

  3. Boil noodles and drain noodles.
