What You Should and Shouldn’t Eat If You Want to Eat Like Kylie Jenner

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Colgate chapter.

Kylie Jenner is known for many things. Her reality show, her famous family, her infamous Snapchat stories, her excessive selfies, her uber popular lip product line, her rapper boyfriend, etc., etc.

What she’s often not that known for, though, is being a foodie. Yes, Kylie Jenner loves eating, and cooking, just as much as we do here at Spoon. Her friends have described her as an “amazing cook” who can seriously “throw down in the kitchen.” And she even has her own cooking mini series, Cooking With Kylie, which you should definitely check out if you like yams.

Now, you’re probably wondering what Kylie’s favorite things to cook, and of course eat, are. Well, most of the time she stays pretty healthy and follows the advice of a nutritionist. You know, fruits and veggies and lean meats and whole grains. But because she’s human, she doesn’t eat like that all the time. So we’ve compiled a list of some of her most beloved snacks and indulgences. And we’ve also added the things that she makes sure to steer clear of.

We’re not surprised that milk’s favorite cookie falls into Kylie’s category of “old-school snacks.” After all, they are the best cookies on Earth.

Justin’s Almond Butter: Yes

Justin’s almond butter packets are Kylie’s go-to snack whenever she needs a quick, easy, and relatively healthy hunger fix. We wonder if she goes for plain almond butter or the chocolate flavor.

Candied Yams: Yes

The very first recipe that Kylie featured in her cooking series was candied yams, a dish that she proclaims to be one of her favorites. Vegetables coated in maple syrup? Yes, please.
