Peppermint Sugar Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

    Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • crushed peppermint candies

    Cut the cookie dough into 12 even parts.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 11-12 minutes.

    For the frosting, whip together the cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
