Fall is a time for cozying up by a fire, flannel shirts, apple picking, and comfy sweaters. But more importantly, fall has some of the best flavors and spices to add to your drinks. Fall is my favorite time of year to experiment with different festive drinks, and these will be the hit at your next fall party or Thanksgiving dinner.
Caramel Apple Sangria
- Prep Time:1 hr
- Cook Time:0
- Total Time:1 hr
- 1 bottle any white wine
- 1 cup plain vodka I use Tito's
- 2 cups apple cider
- 2-3 apples
- 1 tablespoon caramel
Chop the two apples into cubes. Set aside 1/2 of the apples in a separate bowl. Add the sliced apples into a bowl with the vodka and caramel and set aside. (You can let the apples soak in the vodka to get more of a caramel apple vodka flavor.)
In a large pitcher add the bottle of wine, apple cider, and apple/vodka mixture.
Take the other chopped apple and cover the cubes in a generous amount of cinnamon. Fill your glasses with ice and top your sangria off with the cubed cinnamon apples.

Or if you're feeling lazy and want a short cut, head over to Starbucks and order your usual PSL and just add Bailey's once you get home.
