These fruity frozen yogurt sandwiches are an easy way to get creative with your favorite summer flavors. These treats aren’t just for dessert, as they’re much healthier than traditional ice cream sandwiches. Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches

    Chop up the strawberries, peaches, and cherries.

    Combine 4 cups of Greek yogurt and 4 large tablespoons of Cool Whip (or your choice of whipped topping).

    Add chopped fruits to the yogurt and Cool Whip mixture. Stir to combine. Once you start to notice a marble effect, it’s complete.

    Line a pan with graham crackers and spread yogurt mixture on thick and evenly. Line the top layer of graham crackers to create sandwiches.

    Freeze for at least 2 hours. Lightly cut through the sandwiches to separate and dig in!
