First of all, here is an article to convince you how overrated the rainbow trend is. From rainbow bagels to rainbow grilled cheese, the rainbow trend has conquered social media before you even realize it. While rainbow fanatics preying on their next victim, maybe french fries… Well, that actually sounds like a good idea. We are taking our swiss roll to the next level: giraffe pattern. You might think: making a rainbow swiss roll sounds hard enough already, and now a Giraffe Swiss Roll?! Well, it might not be as tough as it seems to make one. Actually, the process is quite forgiving, because no one will ever notice those cracks you make while rolling the cake.

Ingredients
Instructions
In a large bowl, add sugar while whisking 3 egg whites. Whisk until foamy.
In a separate bowl, mix 4 yolks with sugar. Mix until consistent. Then add water, vegetable oil, cake flour and mix until consistent.
In a separate bowl, mix yolk batter and egg white batter in a ratio of 1 to 3. Mix until consistent.
Grease the baking sheet with some vegetable oil. Use a spoon to lightly draw the giraffe pattern onto the baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Bake in the oven for 90 seconds.
Add sugar and cocoa powder to the remaining yolk batter, and mix until consistent.
Add the new mixture to the remaining egg white batter. Mix until consistent.
Remove the pattern from the oven. Pour the mixture onto the pattern slowly. Let the mixture fill up the whole baking sheet. Use a spoon to flatten the surface. Tap the baking pan lightly to get rid of air bubbles in the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix heavy cream with sugar. Whisk until foamy.
Cut 1 mango into little chunks. Mix mango chunks with the whipped cream.
Remove the cake from the oven. Carefully peel off the baking sheet.
Use a knife to lightly draw line on the cake for easy rolling.
Spread the filling onto the cake and roll it up!
Chill for 2 hours, or even longer.
You can cut the roll into slices, or you can eat the whole thing like a burrito. It’s your choice.
