Not only are these peanut butter balls super easy to make, but they’re also perfect as an energizing mid-study snack or a unique dorm room dessert. They can easily be adapted for your needs and cravings, either by switching up the type of nut butter or by adding decorative toppings.
For ultimate nutty BAMF-ness, throw on some slivered almonds. You can dress them up however you want, depending on your creativity and ingredient availability. The most convenient part of this recipe is that there’s no baking required. No-bake, no problem. These sweet little bites will ward off hunger and help you survive until your next meal (or study break).
Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
Instructions
Crush 8 graham crackers (one whole sleeve) in a large plastic bag.
Combine the graham crackers, rice crispies, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour.
Microwave the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute.
Dip each of the frozen peanut butter bowls in the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment sheet.
#SpoonTip: This is where you can get creative by garnishing the balls with any topping you have available. I used slivered almonds.
Freeze for 1 hour then enjoy.
