Wake Forest’s dining hall, “the pit,” recently started making these unbelievably delicious vegan brownies. They are so moist and fudgey regardless of their lack of eggs or dairy. These vegan brownies helped me get through loads of exams, so I decided to recreate this staple recipe while I’m at home for the summer. My ingredients were inspired by Allrecipes‘ vegan brownies in order to make this dessert just as satisfying as it was at school.

Mix together all of the ingredients starting with the dry and then adding in the wet.
Grease a baking pan and pour the mixture into it evenly. Bake until the brownies solidify (25 minutes).
