Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Haley Porter

Wash u0026 cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces or 5 cups of florets that resemble wings

  3. Mix all the ingredients except for the vegan butter and hot sauce into a mixing bowl. DO NOT add the florets to the batter. The batter or sauce should be in the middle of thick and thin so that it sticks and coats to the cauliflower

  4. Pour all the florets into the batter and mix it up with your hands or a utensil of your choice (like tongs) until the florets are fully coated. You may notice the batter may not be enough, but do not worry because it perfectly coats the pieces)

  5. Lay florets on the lined parchment paper baking sheet without overcrowding it so that it is evenly spaced

  6. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown and flip the florets halfway through to get all the sides golden brown and crispy

  7. While your wings are baking, get your ranch dip and hot wing sauce ready for serving.

For the hot wing sauce, melt vegan butter in the microwave or saucepan on low heat and mix in the hot sauce. Remove from heat and set aside

  8. Haley Porter

Once the wings are golden brown, remove them from the oven and put the hot wing sauce over the florets either on the baking sheet. Or pour the florets in a mixing bowl and drizzle your hot sauce that way.

  9. Haley Porter

Then dish your florets to your friends and family by displaying your vegan cauliflower wings on a platter and add your dipping sauce on the side, like Ranch
