Instructions
Mix together Bisquick, milk, vanilla, egg and food coloring in a big bowl until just blended.
Heat an oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
For each pancake, pour a little less than 1/4 cup batter onto the pan.
Cook about 3 minutes or until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Turn; cook other side until golden brown and set.
Top pancakes with whipped cream and additional marshmallows.
