You may have seen ginger and turmeric all over the place lately, as they’re the internet’s new favorite superfoods. They’ve been quite the duo for a while now, as a 1999 study found that extracts of ginger and turmeric can inhibit cancerous tumor growth, and they’ve been known for their anti-inflammatory properties and ability to help ailments like nausea and indigestion. So why not take these two spices and make a latte? Here’s how to make it:

    Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling.

    #SpoonTip: If unsweetened you can add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
