This recipe is adapted from Oreo’s truffle recipe but I tweaked a few things, added some peppermint, and made it vegan. These truffles are a fan favorite I make every holiday and having done both the regular and vegan version I can honestly say you can’t taste any difference. They’re supper easy to make and the cooling time is the longest part of the recipe.
Vegan Peppermint Oreo Truffle

Crush oreos in a food processor, then fold in vegan cream cheese and peppermint extract. Form into balls and let chill for about an hour in a fridge or cold room.
Melt chocolate, I like using Ghiradelli’s Dark Chocolate wafers. If microwaving, cook on high for about 30 seconds, stir and repeat until all chocolate is melted. This will prevent your chocolate from burning. Coat truffles in chocolate, sprinkle with crushed candy canes, let cool and enjoy!
