Is this the quickest recipe to a wholesome breakky?

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at U Sydney chapter.

We all know that breakky is the most important meal of the day. How many of you actually manage to get out of bed early to have a slice of toast? Or go to the cafe nearest to the first lecture and grab something to eat? Then comes the ultimate test of avoiding a loud grumble from your tummy in class (did you know tucking your tummy in prevents it from happening?).

So to save you all from this embarrassment here’s a recipe you can try all you need is a blender. Kmart (ah! the answer to our broke life) sells $15 blenders, if you want to buy one.

It takes about 5 minutes and chances are you’ll feel pretty pumped to conquer the day. It keeps you pretty full for few hours and it’ll get you through that painful first lecture feeling pretty good about yourself. The best part of the smoothie is you can add any superseeds, greens and fruits you like, so go crazy!

I'm currently in my last year of completing my Masters in Project Management and Business Sustainability. One of my greatest passion is to work to make a difference in people's lives and that has come from being raised in an environment where I was constantly exposed to disadvantaged section of the community. The reason why I chose to join Spoon University is because I'm a FOOODIE and I strongly believe that food has the magical power to make anyone happy. One thing to know about me is that Chocolate is my weakness and Pizza is my best friend. My friends have told that they have never met anyone who likes chocolate as much as I do and I'm extremely proud of that!
