Does your ice cream need a little something extra?
I don’t know about you, but when the weather gets cold, I tend to ditch the usual ice cream and froyo and go for something like hot chocolate or apple cider. But occasionally, despite the cold weather, I just crave ice cream with some chocolate fudge drizzled over it. After all, what’s a better combination than hot and cold chocolate swirled together in one heavenly bite?
This delightful topping makes for a wonderful holiday gift or the perfect complement to peppermint ice cream.

Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, so it doesn’t burn. (If you don’t have a double boiler, you can stack two pots on top of each other with the bottom one containing boiling water in order to melt the chocolate.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.
Continue stirring, and cook for about 15-20 minutes to desired consistency.
Store in refrigerator and warm up on stove on low heat.
Serve, spoon, enjoy!
