How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Bombs

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UNM chapter.

Bacon-wrapped mozzarella. Break that down and you’ll find two of the three main food groups of today’s society. If you combine bacon or cheese, in any part of your meal, you’re going to have a good time. Heck, they’re even amazing on their own (much like Will Smith in I am Legend). You’re probably thinking to yourself, “What do Will Smith and food have to do with each other?”

Well, much like Will Smith and the great actor that he is, these two food items are perfect alone with no other foods. But, imagine if you pair a great Will Smith with another great Martin Lawrence; you get the hit classics Bad Boys I & II. That’s exactly how you would describe these bacon-wrapped mozzarella bombs.
