These Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles Are Sure to Cool You Off This Summer

When you think of summer, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? For me, it’s definitely those hot summer days that sometimes feel impossible to escape. Luckily, I have a solution for you. These strawberry lemonade popsicles are easy to make, semi-healthy, and perfect for whatever it is you’re doing out in the sweltering summer sun. Not to mention, they are incredibly Insta-worthy.

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

    Puree 3/4 cup of the strawberry slices in the blender, reserving the remaining 1/4 cup as garnish.

    Strain the strawberry puree into a pitcher.

    Pour in the lemon juice and mix.

    Pour the sugar into the warm water and allow it to dissolve. Then, pour the sugar water into the pitcher.

    Remember those strawberry slices that you put aside to garnish? Now’s the time to whip ’em out and put them into the molds.

    Pour the mixture into the molds.

    Put the sticks on the top and pop those babies into the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until frozen.
