How to Make Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies That Don’t Suck

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UNF chapter.

Cookies are delicious; everybody knows that. Honestly though, there are tons of people that can’t eat dairy and therefore cannot eat the majority of cookies put in front of their face. This is a travesty. With this recipe, you can brighten the day of someone who is lactose intolerant/vegan/picky with very little effort. Be nice, but not too nice, you know. That’s what Gandhi would say.

Form into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. The dough will be thick and that’s fine!

#SpoonTip: If you want less cake-like cookies, mash down the dough balls a bit with you palm to get flatter, mushier cookies.

Bake for no more than 10 minutes. 7 minutes was perfect for me.

Um, I was gonna ask you who you think would win in a fight between...a grilled cheese sandwich and a taco?
Also I study International Relations and Social Welfare but that seems less important. I don't eat meat so that taco would be bean based probably.
