4-Ingredient White Chocolate Purple Truffles

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UGA chapter.

Truffles are the optimal sweet, because they pack a flavor punch in a bite-sized delight. This recipe puts a new twist on your classic truffles by using white chocolate and dried blueberries.

Adding fruit to your truffle mix cuts through the sweetness and adds a slight tartness, and blueberries with white chocolate make a perfect combination between the two flavors. As a bonus, the truffles come out a cool purple color. With only four ingredients and minimal effort, these fancy sweets might become your new favorite dessert.
